If you don't know me yet, I'll take you on a small, mindful journey. This way you get an impression of who I am and why I do what I do. My name is Jasmin-Chiara Bauer and I am a mindfulness expert, keynote speaker, podcaster and author. I share with you my knowledge, my personal story and my experiences on the topics of consciousness development, mindfulness & mental health. I will also give you impulses, inspiration and tips to accompany you on your personal development journey.

As a visiting professor of mindfulness at Stanford University, I discovered my passion for teaching. In my interactive impulse lectures & transformative workshops, participants practice self-awareness, self-confidence and self-efficacy, and thereby develop resilient self-management skills.
