My Journey
​My path began with a deep curiosity about human nature: Why do we feel what we feel? Why do we act the way we act? These questions led me through academic study, becoming a guest lecturer at Stanford University, founding two startups and later coaching, speaking and my new business mindbird.
​
But it wasn't just success that shaped me, it was also failure. Through silent retreats in Sri Lanka, plant medicine work, breathwork and years of intensive personal development, I discovered a fundamental truth: all lasting change begins from within.
​
I learned that you can't lead others to places you haven't been yourself. You can't create authentic culture without doing your own inner work. You can't inspire transformation without being willing to transform.
​
Today, I stand on stages not just to share insights, but to demonstrate that it's possible to build organizations where humanity and success aren't just compatible, they're inseparable.
