All services and offerings on this site are provided under German law.

2. Services Offered

I offer:

 

  • Coaching & Mentoring (1:1 and group)

  • Breathwork sessions (1:1 and group)

  • Events, retreats, workshops & circles

  • Keynotes, workshops & corporate talks

  • DJ bookings & performances

 

Each booking will be confirmed individually by email or booking form.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are binding once confirmed.

  • Payment is required in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deposits (e.g., for retreats or events) are non-refundable.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 1:1 Sessions & Coaching: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged.

  • Events & Circles: Cancellations up to 14 days before the event will be refunded (minus deposit, if applicable). After that, no refunds are possible.

  • Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations up to 30 days before the retreat may be partially refunded (minus deposit). After that, no refunds are possible.

  • Corporate & Festival Bookings: Cancellation terms will be agreed upon in individual contracts.

5. Responsibility & Disclaimer

  • My work (coaching, breathwork, events, etc.) is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

  • Participation is at your own responsibility. Please ensure you are physically and mentally fit to join.

  • I am not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses unless caused by intent or gross negligence on my part.

  • The content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and does not replace therapeutic or medical advice. If you are experiencing medical or psychological issues, you should always seek professional help. More information here.

6. Breathwork Disclaimer & Health Conditions

  • Breathwork can be a powerful and intense practice. Participation is at your own responsibility.

  • Please consult your doctor before joining if you:

    • are pregnant,

    • have cardiovascular problems,

    • suffer from high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, or glaucoma,

    • have a history of severe psychiatric conditions (e.g. psychosis),

    • or are currently recovering from surgery or severe injury.

  • By booking a Breathwork session, you confirm that you participate voluntarily, that you are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing, and that you have disclosed relevant health conditions.

8. Use of Website

  • You may use this site for personal purposes only.

  • Any misuse, including unlawful activity, hacking attempts, or spam, is prohibited.

  • External links provided are for information only. I am not responsible for the content of linked sites.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
